Xinru is a self-driven UX designer and researcher with a passion for human-centered design. She holds an M.S. in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Toronto. Her cross-cultural education has enhanced her ability to observe problems from diverse perspectives, fostering empathy and the ability to reach consensus through universal design principles.
